With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, senior roles in large corporations within FMCG, retail and media & telecom’s industries, Hedwig Blommaert offers a wealth of insight into what it takes to be successful in search and talent management.
Hedwig has led a variety of strategic HR projects and has broad experience in implementing change management programs.As a specialist in recruitment and selection, she has managed large recruitment departments for both internal and external talent acquisition, including the launch of successful employer brands, assessment programs and online-recruitment projects.She has also taken the lead in the design and roll-out of succession planning projects and has led advanced diversity programs targeting senior female executives. Hedwig studied Psychology and Criminology at the University of Ghent, Belgium. She speaks fluently Dutch, English and French.Hedwig is a mother, wife and friend.
